Converting to vegeterian is a very tricky task but not difficult if well planned.make the transition slow and steady. Start with once a week veggie, twice a week,...one week.. and move on. Keep veggie snacks handy and your refrigerator and your fruit basket upto date with fruits and vegetable.s

Include green leafy vegetables, broccoli, and legumes, to provide enough calcium sufficient for your health needs. You can get your proteins from nuts, green, leafy vegetables, legumes (including soy and tofu), and lentils for protein. Get iron by eating green, leafy vegetables, legumes, and dried fruit. To increase your iron absorption, eat food containing iron with foods rich in Vitamin C, including strawberries, citrus fruits. Avoid taking your calcium supplement when you are eating iron-rich foods, as calcium tends to block the absorption of iron.
All the best in this new adventure of vegetarianism!

Thanks for your support. I am trying to shift slowly to vegeterian food. Can anybody suggest me replacement for fish?

Good source of fish replacement is flax seeds, walnuts for omegas. If you eat complete vegeterian diet with fruits, nuts, legumes.grains and vegetables you can get all nutrients your body require.

Yes, Sunetra is right.

You can take a very balanced diet with different kinds of fruits and vegetables, leafy vegetables, whole grains etc. Take lots of fibre rich foods. Fruit and Vegetable salads helps in balancing the diet.
