As we are growing, we hold different types of contest so all the sakhis can participate.
At the end of the month we have too many contest to judge. Some are judged by previous winners, polls, panel of judges, etc.
Sakhis, Please post your suggestion about judging contest at naarisakhi.
Your post wont be counted against you, so feel free to post your suggestions.

NariSakhi

I feel the current method of judging that you are having is working so well....

All the winners chosen are totally justified and are definite winners.

If it would ease your task you can have the different competitions end at different dates. Like some contests can start from first to middle of a month and some from middle to end of a month and so on.. to stagger the days..

Your competitions are all well thought of and are wonderful to be a part of too.
Thanks.

Naarisakhi, I love your contests, it is caetered for all kinds of talents.
Your judging is very fair because you implement variety of judging system.
May be you cna take more people on panel of judges so it is not much task for you and agree with Ac, ending contest at different dates.

I visit couple of other sites along with naarisakhi. Most of the sites do not allow exposure to members business or blogs.
You are giving so much space for womens blog and business not worrying about competition or driving traffic away from your site. You are giving exposure to other womens also. God will bless you for your helping nature.
Your contests are wonderful.

Naarisakhi, I like all your contest ideas. There is always reward for members in some way or other.
I agree with sunidi, allowing members to use link to their blogs in signature is a great thing to do.
One more thing I like the most is all the members are involved in desicion making process.

You are definetely doing a great job in conducting all the contests..We dont have any complaints against your judgement. In case u are finding it difficult to judge any contest, You can take the help of the members who have not participated in that particular contest, having marking done by u and 1 or 2 sakhis, add up the marks and decide on the winner

Thank you sakhis for your feedback. It helps me to know your view point.
AC, ending contest at diffrent dates is a good point.
EC Sometime, I do invite sakhis who have not participated to judge contest.
Jyoti, I did not understand what you are trying to say? You mean
