How to make Vegetable Stock to make soups:

8 cups water
3 onions, chopped
4 celery stalks, chopped (optional, if you get it). If not you can use cabbages also.
4 carrots, peeled and sliced
4 tomatoes, seeded and chopped
4 cloves of garlic
1 bay leaf
8 black peppercorns

Except Onion grind all the other ingridents into fine paste. Add the paste and onion to the water in a large hard bottom vessel or a wide saucepan and cook the entire mixture closed. (Better let it get cooked in a pressure pan for one whistle). Let the mixture come to a boil. When it boils simmer the stove and keep it boil for another 10 mins. Remove from fire and once warm, strain through clean metal seive. Let it cool thoroughly. This will give you a good 10 cups of stock which can be stored in the fridge and used, when ever you are making soup using vegetable stock.

Hi Sulu,
Thanks for your FB, one of my friend's mom gave me this. She also added that one of her relatives stores it in a dry form. I am not so sure how. But she have promised me that she will get that also and pass it on to me. When I get it I will try it out and post it here.
