What was the best gift in Diwali u got...and who gave it?

My parents and in-laws have been gifting us cash for some years now so that we can choose and buy our gifts and ensuring that the gifts are not repeated

I am sure there are many of us around here who gave away gifts and did not receive anything back :)
I gave away cash to my naphew, neice, kids so they can buy whatever they want to. My hubby gave me punjabi dress, light pink with white and zari embroidery, looks beautiful.

Yes it is a good idea. By doing so,both the purpose are solved. Gift is also given and it is of the choice of the receiver also.

and also thr were some who only received :) Like me..i received lots of gifts frm my parents, frm my bf, frm my brother, uncles and aunts :) :)
