I am healthy person but gas serious trouble with bowels. I tried all sorts of medicines, it is just time being help. I need permanant solution. I constipate atleast 4 times a week

Prunes are very good for constpation. Drink plenty of fluids, avoid pomegranate. Eat bananas,apple, raisins. Intake lot of fibre rich food , green vegetables,mung beans. Drink 3 glasses of lukewarm water first thing in the morning.

Boil 10 raisins in a glass of milk and drink this milk at night. Drink lot of water throughtday and include plenty of fibres in your diet

Taking lemon juice mixed with warm water two or three times a day also cleans the bowels. Avoid fried foods. Eat plenty of fruits and vegetables.
Drink as much as liquids as possible.

Dates (khajur)are high in fibre and iron. Eat 1 to 2 dates everyday. You can also cook dates in milk for about 10 minutes. eat cooked dates and drink milk i which dates have been cooked,after dinner. This will give you relief from constipation

A very good medicine to clean your entire digestive system.

A big tablespoon of castor oil to gulped down the throat. The next morning you will have loose motions, a couple of times, nothing to worry, your system is getting cleaner with every motion you pass.

Have light kichdi for lunch and do not have tea or milk. Just have light nashta.

You should be fine by noon.

I tried all the tips about dates,raisins,lime juice and my bowel movemnets are better than what it used to be.
Mals I want to give try to castor oil :eek: this weekend to clean my digestive system. I will let you know how it goes

Castor oil is good for cleaning system but never consume castor oil when you are pregnant

Thanks sneha for your input. My doctor suggested me HARDE and it cleans the system so nicely.ohhh!!! feel so good.

dear sharon,
you must change your diet, include more of greens, and no bakery items like bread and bun all maida products and white sugar, and try to get yourself an enema can, during winter most people have constipation and people with constipation it agravates more, so daily a small glass of warm water enema will help you to ease out your stools better, diet must include tender coconut water, ashgourd early in the morning just put it into mixie and blend and strain and take it, this helps to cleanse your intestine that is filled with toxic, and once it cools your system will also cool, if you are a non veg eater please refrain from eating, until your problems have eased a lot....hope been of help, i am a nature curist...sunkan

Sunkan, thanks for your help. I believe in natural remedy rather than taking chemicals. I will try to follow your instructions. Thanks for giving useful tip.

I found flax seeds are also good for constipation.
