View Full Version : A U-Turn To God by Harry Chitrakar Kottler

I lived in the city of despair
Wondering if there was peace anywhere.
Then I wandered through the desert of confusion
Searching hard for a life infusion.

In Baba's presence, I made a u-turn to God.
That, I assure you, wasn't hard.
In his presence, God was there.
You could feel Him in the air.

We were high though on earth's ground
Since Baba's thoughts were so profound.
When we chanted, God arrived,
And His energy was alive.

When we meditated, through Baba's touch
Our busy minds would start to hush.
When we walked up for his darshan,
We saw more than just a person.

Some saw only golden light.
Some saw love that shined so bright.
Some saw eyes which held the heavens.
Some saw a being who was just everything.

Electricity filled the room.
It was like a cosmic boom.
He was more than just a guy.
He contained the earth and sky.

..............

With love and respect,

Chitakar and Savitri

You have described a Guru well.
