Develope Confidence

I am comfortable talking with known people but I am not confident in talking to new people. I get very conscious and confused about what to talk...
Can anybody advice to develope confidence

Devleop is the correct spelling, sulu.

1. Do what you think is right. Dont think of what others might say or if some one criticizes you.

2. You need to learn to accept your mistakes and should learn from those mistakes.

3. Accept the compliments that you get.

4. Be determined and focussed on what you want to acheive.

Rajmi I think develop is the correct spelling. Good motivating words about developing confidence. I woudl like to add one more point to it.
Focus on positive things about you both physically and mentally.

Self Confidence comes in Motivating oneself. A low self morale invites low cofidence level.

Believe in yourself and be open to changes, if you feel you are lacking somewhere, start working on it, do not neglect your weakness. These are the gateways to low self confidence.

Go with a bang and you will be surprised to know that nobody has noticed about your inferior feelings.
