Dear Sneha,
Make sure that your husband intakes lots of fruits, vegetables, whole grains, pulses, nuts etc. Foods that will give lots of nutrients are the need of the hour.
No Alchohol and no smoking.
Regular exercise but refrain from cycling or other strenous exercises.
Avoid wearing tight underwear.
I have given you some more details through PM pls check that.

You are right Mukti,
Discussing the matter with spouse, is not going to help. The force and pressure that is implanted when it is constantly discussed becomes more.

Hi,
Always remember , husbands' diet is what we give them to eat.
Just give what is good and nutritious. I had always followed that method. I always follow his medical test reports and find out from the doctor what I have
to give him for his good health.
As per the advice I change the menu and cook in different styles, make it interesting. So he never liked to go out and eat. So there is no moving away from the diet menu.
Just find out the nutritious food and cook only healthy recipes. Just follow what the doc tells you, feed him with all the fruits . If he is the one who is a hater of fruits add ice cream to that, make fruit salad or do something which he likes.
