Hi all,
I would like to share my pedicure procedure with all you sakhis. Last time when I went for my pedicure the beautician poked my finger and blood came out. I suffered two days with acute pain. Then I promised myself to do it at home.
So what I did is I kept hot water in a bucket. In that I poured unused sampoo I mean I had a bottle where there were little sampoo down. Then I table spoon salt & few rose petals. Slowly I put my legs inside. It was hot so in between I would take my feet out. Then again I would keep inside. Then after 15/20 minutes,
I took one leg out and with the filer I rubbed the heal. Slowly dead skins started falling. After that again I kept my leg inside and kept the other leg out and
did the same way. I rotated my leg twice. Then I took my feet and filed the nails and then did massage. After that I cleaned my leg in clean water. Wiped up water and applied cream. Did again a little massage and then after that applied nail polish.

It took nearly 45 minutes to complete the process. But believe me I could not believe to my own feets. They look so nice :). So when I did all these at home
I was thinking to post it in Narisakhi so that other sakhis will also get benefit.
Try out sakhis and I know you can feel the difference.

pranati, very helpful instructions. I tend to ignore my feets in this busy world.

Pranati, I prefer to do my pedicure at home because of time factor. I always keep in mind to massage my feets at nigt with cream and sometimes with Kailsh Jeevan.

well done pranati.i dont get time to visit parlours and spend 2 hours for those things i can do at home.so,i make it a point to keep my feet clean every day with a scrubber and soap stone.my feet get soiled up very easily.so,every night before going to sleep,i have my bath and a little scrub with pumic stone.then, massage feet with calendula night cream.it is all purpose.the skin absorves all the cream and i dont need to wear sox.i hate to wear them at night, specially in summers.every 15 days,i try to soak my feet atleast for 10 min.untill my daughter also starts her pedicure.so i have to put a full stop to all my programmes.hehehe.
