The Brahmin priests of India are quite a special group;
they serve the needs of ordinary folk.
Trained from when they're very young in mantra and tradition,
they bring the people joy, and grace, and hope.

They beseech the elements, and they beseech the gods.
Their mantras still the mind and nurture peace.
Though their numbers have decreased, it's clear to those who've seen them
that people need the presence of these priests.

Hail to all the Brahmins! May they flourish in our age.
Hail to traditions ancient and sublime..
May they serve the people in both India and abroad.
May they continue through all recorded time.
