One common tip for Vastu and feng shui. Clear all clutters in the house. Clutter creates negative energy. If your house is clean, you will feel peace and will be in happy spirit.

Keep bowl full of fresh fruits in your dinning area for health and prosperity.
The visual of fresh fruits makes you feel good and your family will eat fruits more often as they are easily available.
You can play with colors and choose different color fruits to make it more decorative.

Keep a bamboo plant near your front door. Bamboo is a symbol of good luck. When you have bamboo near the entrance of your home, you will attract goodness within, part of that goodness being financial security. If you have a bamboo plant at work, the wealth it brings could be a raise or promotion.

I agree with Mals Feng Shui and vastu tips needs to be implemented with proper knowledge otherwise they can backfire you. certain tips like keeping the house clean,flowers in the house does not harm.

Devika, Mals I agree with you gals. Although I have posted this tips out of my reading. This may not apply to everybody because it depends on your stars,birth sign and so many other things.
