Simple recipe, a fav. with the kids and adults alike!


40 - Bite sized Boneless Chicken(preferable breast of the chicken)
3 tsp. - Ginger- Garlic-Green Chilli- Fresh Dhania Paste
1/4 tsp. Black Pepper Powder
1/4 tsp. Jeera Powder
1/4 tsp. Garam masala powder
A few slices of Stale bread
Salt to taste
Oil for deep frying.

Marinate bite-size chicken with the ground paste and salt for 1/2 hr.

Grind Stale bread in a mixy with water. To this add all the dry powders and mix well. Dip the chicken pieces in the bread batter fry till golden. Serve with Ketchup and green Chutney.

After reading your recipe, I have decided to try it with an alteration!

How about Cauliflower in place of Chicken! Instead of marinating we can parboil it and proceed with the recipe!!

Ho gaya na kamaal ka recipe!

Poor me a hard core Veggie is forced to think of alterations!

Yup, will turn out fantastic with Cauliflower and even soaked Soya Chunks!
