Can be made in a jiffy, if u have cut chicken! Will be ready in less than 30 mts.!
10 pcs. - Chicken
1/4 tsp. - Turmeric Powder
2 tsp. - Chilli Powder
1 tsp. - Black Pepper Powder
1/4 tsp. garam masala powder
2 tsps. - Maida (All purpose Flour)
Salt to taste
Oil for shallow frying
Mix all dry powders and salt with a tsp.of oil (gives chicken a crispiness), and rub it into the chicken.
Meanwhile take a shallow pan, once its hot, pour some oil, add chicken pcs. and shallow fry over high heat, till cooked. U can put in as many pcs. into the pan, depending upon the size of the pan.
Serve with Onion rings and Lemon wedges!
