1 Cauliflower cut into Flowerettes
1 tbsp.each - sliced ginger, garlic, greenchillies
2 - Capsicums, sliced
1 tbsp. - Light Soya sauce
1 small bunch - Spring onions
1 tbsp. - Tomato Sauce
1 tbsp. - Green Chilli Sauce
Salt to taste
oil.
1 cup - Besan (Gramflour)
Salt to taste
A pinch of Ajinomoto, optional
Mix the besan, salt and hing into a batter, dip cauliflower into the batter, deep fry till golden, leave aside.
In a flat shallow pan, add oil, once its hot, add onion, garlic, ginger, chillies, saute till translucent. Now add the 3 sauces, mix well. Check salt, add fried cauliflower, saute, now add Spring onions........mix, taste to make sure all the sauces have blend well, now add the capsicum, saute over high fire, put stove off, cover and leave for 5 mts. Capsicum should still be crunchy.
Can be served as appetizer or with plain fried Garlic Noodles!
