Hi!
A very simple and basic recipe, easy to follow, make and eat!
Biscuit Pudding
1 pk. - Marie Biscuits
2 cups - Hot Thick prepared Plain Custard
2 cups - Whipped cream
1 can - SLiced Canned peach
Colored cherries
Use a round glass dish to make the pudding look attrative!
Layer the biscuits till the bottom is covered. Pour Hot thick custard on top.
Allow to cool, then layer Whipped cream. Decorate with the sliced canned peach in a circular pattern, decorate with cherries, green and red. Set in the fridge for 2 to 3 hrs. Enjoy!

dear Ankie,
This is just an another innovation to your otherwise delightful recipe. just try to layer the biscuits with hot chocolate sauce. that is dip each biscuit in a hot chocolate sauce and then layer and then pour out the prepared custard you get a real delicious flavour of chocolate with custard. ( i jam the biscuits with a preserve and then layer them out and throw in some raisins for added benefit try it out....hope you like it)
warm wishes,
aqua.
