Diet plays an important role in looking beautiful one should take healthy and balanced diet and should include the following things.
1.Take almonds, as they have anti-ageing properties , they contain Vitamin E and fatty acids which give elasticity to the skin, almonds have anti-oxidant selenium ,but do not eat excess of almonds and can increase the calories in body taking eight almonds per day per per person is enough.
2.Vitamin-E gives relief in sunburn and in skin inflammation .Due to inflammation skin is stretched and thus results in wrinkles.To prevent wrinkles peach is the best fruit.
3.To strengthen the nails include enough protein in diet.The intake of protein produces carotene this is essential for nails foods like paneer, milk and cereals.
4.The diet comprising Vitamin-B gives natural shining to the hair,e.g. eggs,milk,green vegetables and poultry products.
5.Eat salmon fish it contains omega-3 fatty acids which maintain the moisture in the skin and nourishes the skin.
6.The intake of zinc and calcium helps in removing the pimples.zinc is found in abundance in eggs and milk ,calcium is found in dairy products,calcium is good for bones and helps in keeping the skin clean.
7. The curd prepared from Skimmed milk, low fat cheese should be taken they help in
removing pimples, and formation of wrinkles is delayed.
8.Take Vitamin-C from citrus fruits like lemon, orange ,it helps in preparing collagen and wrinkle formation is delayed as it maintains the elasticity of the skin.Fruits like Kiwi,papaya and mango do have vitamin-c.
9.Intake of iron and Vitamin-C together removes dark circles under the eyes.Eat red,yellow and orange capsicum.e.g iron from green-vegetables, beet-root.
