Hi!
A recipe for masala poori....my own version of 'Masala'! Its great to eat 'as is'!
Masala Poori
1 cup - Wheat Flour
1/2 cup - Maida
1/2 cup - Gramflour (Besan)
1/2 tsp.- Turmeric Powder
1 tsp - Crushed Ajwain (crush it in the palm of ur hand only)
1/4 tsp. - Jeera Powder
2 - green chillies, finely chopped
A few sprigs of Green Coriander, chopped
Salt to taste
1 tbsp. - Hot oil
Mix together all ingredients with the hot oil, and and add water and make a dough as for Poori. Roll and deep fry. Serve with Pickle/Tomato Chutney or Raita!
