Congrates
Include lot of veggies andd fruits in your diet. My doctor has adviced me to avoid raw veggies to avoid any virus. Boil your vegetables in hot water with little salt or steam them.
Wash your fruits with baking soda and salt.
Enjoy your pregnancy.

hi rita
Congrats, Nice to hear that ur are pregant. Pregnancy is such a wonderful gift and think at present u r enjoying with it. But thou it is a wonderful thing, it is always true that, we have to undergo few thing, like morning sickness, vomiting, food craving and also feel tried.
I think you are almost 7- 8 weeks now , which is approx 2 months. As others said do take veg and fresh fruits. And here comes few advices from me too...
1. Drink plenty of water.
2. If you are having vomting, then i would advice you to keep a clove in ur mouth, which has helped me during my pregnancy period.
3. Avoid eating sweets and junk food...Whenever you feel like eating sweets, then eat ur fav fruits or in form of fruit juice. ( Because during ur pregancy , its very common to have high surgar level in ur blood)
4. Its always not neccessary to take vitamins tablets...Doctors will advice you if you are anemic.
5. Do make sure you take brocoli or spinach daily in ur diet. Because both are rich in iron. Iron is too improtant.
4. Make sure you take grains. Like chick pea sundal or some sundal in evening.
5. A small fresh walk will always make you better.
6. Avoid oily food, or dont add lot of oil in ur food. ( because i dont know, whether its true or not....they say that if we take more oily stuff, then the baby may have skin problem.......please dont panic..because i dont know how far it is true, but just wanted to tell you what i know...)
7. Have nice plenty of sleep....dont worry abt putting on weight..Because it can be reduced at any time. They say that we should be 10 - 12 kg of extra weight at the time of our delivery)
8. always keep urself happy and listen to nice music.
9. Dont stress urself.
10. It is always gud to take folic acid tablets during your first 3 months for sure. If you dont know please do ask ur doctor and dont delay.
well.........hope these are helpful........If i bored you.....i am very sorry.
Hope you enjoy ur pregnancy and will pray to god for you to have a normal delivery..........All the very best dear. If you need any help, do ask me.......
We are always there for you......

It is always necessary to have a multi vitamin or a folic acid during pregnancy because the tablets that we take during pregnancy replaces our usual multivitamins and provides extra minerals, aswell taking Omega-3 capsules provides a lot of DHA for the baby's healthy brain and eye development. Take care.
