You want to be web designer/developer or graphic designer. These are 2 different things with 2 different skill sets. You may be good at both. php is scripting language used for programming web pages and extracting data from MYSQL database.
Photoshop and Flash, you need artistic eye along with technical skills. Let me know what you decide and we can talk further

kavisapre, you are very aggresive in learning. Keep up the spirit.
You may have to look for a entry level job. Look for ads on the newspaper and on the internet. Start up companies always look for entry level people to save money. You can also tell your friends and family about your skills and your willingness to work for them. Approach small business in your area and leave your business card or leaflet. You can also explain to small business advantages of having a website which will provide better exposure and increase business. Now yor next goal is markeitng your skills.

Thanks Sabmeh for all the help and support. I am still getting my hands on technology. My friend has asked me to design birthday invitation cards and I will be working on my first assignment. It sounds stupid to make halla gulla of such a small work but it is my first assignment and PROUD of it.
