Can anybody advice how to get rid of body odour? I guess many of us will be facing this problem.

Here are some tips to avoid body odour
Wear washed clothes everyday. Wash your clothes after one use.
Keep your underarms cleaned. Wax them regularly.
Spread talcum powder in the areas where you sweat most.
Take shower twice a day.

Eat less spices and if possible avoid raw onion and too much of garlic. Sometimes raw onion can be the reason of body odour.
If you eat non veg, try more of fresh veggies and fruits.
Drink plenty of water to keep your body hydrated and get rid of waste from the body.

Hi

You have to maintain good hygiene, you can also add cologne to your water before bath. It will keep you smelling like rose for a long time.

You can also add few drops of rose water to your bath water.
Wear loose clothing as figure hugging clothes makes you prespire more.
Wear cotton clothes in summer
Avoid synthetic nylon,polyester clothes.
I had similar problem but only If I wear certain kinds of clothes, I stink. I avoid synthetic,and thick khadi material. But this is only with me, my sweat glands dont like this. Your case may be different.

Apart from physical hygiene, you can try kasturi manjal powder instead of soap.

Shanthi, good tip. Do too much kasturi manjal leave yellow spots on the body?

Kasturi manjal has a good fragrance and does not leave any spots or colours.

Shanthi, kasturi manjal smells really good. Mix little bit of sandalwood powder and you will smell like goddess.

Wonderful tips sakhis. My body odour has reduced to great extent.
Someone told me it depends more on digestive system so I have started eating healthy and maintain healthy lifestyle.

If you 'll eat one cucumber per day then also your body odour will reduce and to improve digestive system eat cooked raw papaya ...

Drink water as much as you can.
Add two spoon of vinegar into your water bucket while going to bath.
