View Full Version : Chilli paneer became very spicy please help

Today, my son is coming home after 4 weeks. I made chilli paneer and it is become very spicy. Any quick fix, please post.

Meena, add heavy cream if you have. That is sweet and will reduce the spices.
You can also add yogurt which will lighten the spices.

Devika, I dont have heavy cream but I may have yogurt. I will check.....

I don't have yogurt yar but I have low fat milk. Can I add low fat milk.

Meena, Low fat milk will make your curry very watery and will not help much to lighten the spices.
I am sure you will have mixed vegetables in the frozen section. Steam mix veggies with salt or boil them with very little water and add it to the curry.
