Summer is here, we love summer but cannot beat the heat. We can beat the heat with proper diet,
Don't coll yourself with coke and pepsi. Go for fruit juices and cooling vegetables.
Cucumber is cooling fruit/vegetable
Plum
Plum is good source of antioxidant and good for diabetic. Cool yourself with plum.

Litchi
Juicy litchi or Chinese Hazelnut is a very delicious fruit. It is good thirst quencher

Mango
Who doesn't love mango?
Mango is loaded with vitamins A and C. The ripe mango tones the heart, improves complexion, stimulates hunger, improves vision and is greatly helpful in liver disorders, loss of weight and physical abnormalities. You can drink Pannhe which is soft drink made up of raw mangoes. It is very cooling to the body and provides vitamin C and sugar to the body.

MuskMelon
Muskmelon i contains Vitamin A, B, C and minerals like magnesium, sodium and potassium. It has zero cholesterol and is safe for blood cholesterol patients. It reduces heat in the body. Eat muskmelon with jaggery to get rid of any skin ailments.

Watermelon
Watermelon is higly alkaline and good for acidic patients..Rich in vitamin A,B, and C, products based on its juice can serve as wonderful cooling drinks. Watermelon is thrist quencher.

I ma not sure about ripe mango as a cooling fruit. Raw mango is cooling but I will keep the question open about
Is ripe mango heaty or cooling?

Ripe mangoes are heaty. I crush watermelon with ice... feels good during summer.

I love to eat watermelons during summer. Litchi juice is my favorite but don't like artificial sugar in the juice.
