Last week I went to the dentist for tooth filling. I had pain for couple of days and used clove oil to ease pain. Pain is gone but I am left with a crack and dry skin on the corner of my lip. Dry skin is spreading outside my lip.
Any home remedy sakhis.

apply a bit of desi ghee, it has enourmous healing powers, you can also apply honey, but tooth filling and honey may not go well.

Mals, thanks for the remedy. Even I have dried lips. Can I use desi ghee from the market or need to make it at home.

Dear,

I make ghee at home, that is more better. You can ask any senior ladies residing around you, they usually make it at home. I started making some years ago and have now stuck to it.

Jbhise,

Try good brand coconut oil, it is also a marvellous healer.

Jbhise, in USA you cannot make ghee out of yogurt from market. You need to make ghee from heavy milk. I don't know the exact process but I know amny people they make ghee out of heavy milk. It is better to buy from Indian grocery store.

I usually bring butter and melt it at home. Ghee is really good for dry or chapped lips.
