When I picked up the book, I thought it would be time pass book just for fun but turned out to be very helpful if you want to climb the ladder of success.

Always remember not to discuss about colleagues in office, even light hearted discussions can back fire at you.

Never show your dislike to any one. keep a tight upper lip but showcase friendliness.

Do not try to be a pot bearer in office, you may end up doing everyones job and someone else may be taking the credit.

Share only when required, some one is trying to steal your knowledge and present it as theirs

Beware of over friendly person in office, he / she must be the torch bearer for gossips to reach the big boss.

Most of the top level management have secretly appointed these larks for gossip collections. yes, it is true.

Do not be emotional towards your work, it is a place which can kick you mercilessly for a silly fault.

Do not carry work home, including peer pressures, this can be quiet stressful.

Learn to sort matters at the bud, no grudges against anyone.

Be a leader right from the day one, do not let people ride on your back.

Never showcase false talents, it can back fire on you.

If you feel you are not valued, quit, no matter how much you try, a person who cannot value hard work and sincerity is not worth to be considered as boss.

Be alert of the moves of your boss, sometimes he may be judging your character.

Be careful when you discuss your hobbies at work, your serious sick leave may be gossiped as hobby completing day.

Do not boast about your male friends and your gregarious nature, you will be misjudged as AVAILABLE.
