I want to share with you my personal experience with fenugreek/methi seeds.
My aunt was suffering from severe arthritis for last 3 years and she tried all the allopathic medicines but of no use. Somebody adviced her to take fenugreek /methi seeds and she is in much better shape.
Soak 1 tsp of fenugreek seeds in a cup of water at night. Next day morning on empty stomach eat soaked fenugreek seeds, chew them properly and drink the water in which the seeds were soaked.
If you dont have time to do soaking n all then you can eat fenugreek powder with warm water first thing in the morning.
