Sakhis, do you think parents should be allowed to choose sex of their child?
In India, people prefer male child but in western countries there are more couples who prefer female child.
What is your opinion?

It does not matter whether you want a boy or a girl, parent do not have any right to decide on sex of the child.
If a parent wamts a girl then those parents can decide on the sex of a child will be too much of feminist thinking.

Parents should accept the sex of the child. Under no condition there can be reason why they want a boy or girl.

Parents should be allowed to select the sex of their child only if there are medical reasons like genetic problems which are passed on to certain sex.

It is ridiculous to think to choose a boy over girl or vice versa...
Nalini killed Rajiv Gandhi.. she was a woman
Osama Bin Laden was a man who plotted a major attack...
We all come on this earth with our own destiny, so it is better to leave it to God and accept it....

It is high time that we come out of the belief system of gender superiority. God is planning to balance nature in every way possible and we try to break it in every possible way.
