I have planted curry leaves plant in a pot. It has been more than 2 years since I have planted curry leaf plant. Its grwoth is very less, enough to use currey leaves for one family cooking. I love to use curry leaf for more purpose than only tadka. Any tips to grow curry leaf plant.

Curry leaves plant grows well when planted on ground, soil than pot. Transfer plant in a bigger wider pot and have patience.

Have you kept it indoors or outdoor? Can you tell which zone you live in?

I have kept my plant indoor as I am in NY,USA. Its cold out here. During summer I keep it out in the sun.

Maybe the pot needs to be changed

I usually change the pot with new soil and add fertilizer once a year. Hope this helps:p

Thanks AnandChitra for your quick reply. I will change the pot in summer. Its too cold now to do all this things. I mean I am lazy now.

Sabmeh your curry plant is very young n fresh.
Mals, I too love curry leaf aroma. They are good for health and for hairs too.

I brought it indoors. But we were out for couple of days and that is the time my plant suffered. Hopefully it will recover.
