A SILENT WAIL!


Emotional war ravages my heart......
Across the unknown resonates the pain....
Memories of the bygone....
Lets out a silent wail....
Silent - as silent can be.

Fear of pain - pierces the soul....
Likes shards of glass....
Splinters tear through the heart....
Beyond repair, the soul lets out a silent wail.
Caught in the quagmire of love and lovelessness,
To solitude - I look for solace,
Solitude - My only saving grace!

Ankie, very beautiful poem. Solitude is a beautiful experience capable of maintaining mindfulness and staying inwardly absorbed.

Ankie beautiful poem with deep meaning to it.
Solitude is graceful thing and it is not loneliness or any kind of mental disorder as misinterpreted by some people.

Hi Ankie,

Solitude helps us to understand our strength and is actual a mirror to our innerself. The initial stages of being in Solitude is tear jerking but later we thank God for letting us be there as it gives us a new dimension to our life!
