Herbal TeaGinger, relieves phlegm and mucus from the lungs, relieves gas, and encourages sweating and the elimination of wastes through the skin. Heating properties of ginger and cumin is balanced by the cooling properties of coriander.

Ingredients:
1/4 tsp roasted cumin seeds
1/4 tsp roasted coriander seeds
1/4 tsp grated dried ginger
2 cup boiling water
Method:
Place seeds and ginger into the warmed pot and cover with boiling water.
Steep for 5 minutes, strain, and serve.
You can also add honey to herbal tea. You can drink this tea any time of the day. It helps you in digestion also.

Tulsi, good one. My mom used to make us drink this once in a week. We were doing lot iof natak about drinking this. I made it yesterday and enjoyed ...
I boiled it in water for 5 minutes.
