I get headache in the morning and last for an hour. any suggestion

You have not given one particular thing; do you get your headache immediatly after you get up or is it after some time.

If you are getting it immediatly after you get up from the bed, check for the pillow on which you lie down, at times, the height and the thickness of the pillow can also be a cause.
