How do you clean microwave from inside? I dont want to use cleaning sprays in microwave as it will contaminate food. Thanks in advance for advice

Take lemon juice in a bowl and heat it in a microwave for about 5 minutes ( depend on the quantity of the mixture). Boil it unitl steam is released. The steam will soften the food stuff. Clean it with moist cloth followed by dry cloth. You can use the leftover lemon juice to clean refrigerator.

I agree with Sharonfern about using lemon juice to clean the microwave. I add 1 part of vinegar to this mixture.you can adjust the time to boil the mixture in the microwave depending on the quantity of the mixture. Vinegar will help absorb food odour.

Cover your dishes when you are warming up any food to avoid any food from spitting on the walls of the microwave.
I make it a habit to clean miocrowave with napkin after warming up the food regularly.

Cut 1 or 2 lemon pieces and place them in water.
MW on high for 5-6min.
Steam builds up in the insides of the Microwave and also gives off a clean, citrus smell.
Wipe the steam using a paper towel/clean kitchen cloth.
This leaves the MW sparkling clean with a nice fragrance too!
We can also use the lemon pieces to rub/clean the vegetable cutting boards.

Thanks gals for all tha tips. here is another one.
Instead of throwing out lemon peels, I put lemon peels in a bowl with little water and MW for 2 minutes to neautralize all the food odour.
