Ingredients

11/2 cups basmati rice
A small bunch of methi (fenugreek) leaves (chopped)
2-3 green chilies (chopped)
2 tsp ghee/oil
2 tsp finely chopped ginger
1/4 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tsp vangi bhat powder
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
pinch of hing
salt as per taste
finely chopped corrainder leaves to garnish.
