• How to lighten the skin color home made face pack

    Face Pack 1
    Ash gourd helps to remove sun tan. Rice flour helps to to whiten and tighten skin. Turmeric helps to heal acne and pimples.

    Ingredients
    2 tbsp Ash Gourd juice पेठा
    2 tbsp Rice flour 2 बड़े चम्मच चावल का आटा
    pinch of turmeric



    Method:
    Clean ash gourd and remove skin.
    You can grate ash gourd to get juice or put it in the blender and extract juice.
    Mix together rice flour and turmeric.
    add ashgourd juice as required. Apply on face and neck.
    Wash after 30 minutes.

    Face pack 2
    2 tbsp cooked rice 2 बड़े चम्मच चावल पका हुआ
    1 tsp Honey

    Method
    Take 2 tbsp of cooked rice along with some rice liquid.
    Mash it with fork and add honey.
    Apply on face and nekc. Wash after 30 minutes.

    Ingredients

    2 tbsp. Rice flour
    1 tsp turmeric
    4-5 tabs Milk /Water

    Method
    Mix all the ingredients together to get the right consistency. Do not make it too thick or watery.
    Apply on the face, legs and hands
    Keep it for 25-30 minutes or until dry and wash with lukewarm water.
    Apply this 2 to 3 times a week and see the difference in one month. Your Skin tone will change and skin will become smooth
