• Healthy Palak Panner for kids





    Ingredients
    • Spinach
    • Vegetables (carrots, peas, corn, beans, etc)
    • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
    • 1 tsp Cumin seed powder
    • 1 tsp Coriander seed powder
    • 1 tsp Ginger Powder
    • Salt
    • Ghee/Butter



    Method:
    • Steam Spinach with few teaspoons of water and cool it down.
    • Blend it in a blender to form spinach puree.
    • Clean and chop vegetables.
    • Mix all the Spices along with salt
    • Add little bit of spices to each vegetable
    • Take a pan and add 1 tsp of ghee/butter
    • When it is warm add paneer and stir fry for 2 minutes.
    • Add rest of the vegetables and stir fry for another 2 minutes.
    • Add Spinach puree and cook on medium heat for 10-15 minutes or until done.
    • You can add water if needed.
    • Serve with Rice or rotis.
