• Minty cooling buttermilk for cooling and digestion

    MINTY BUTTERMILK /मिन्टी छाछ

    Buttermilk, mint and coriander are cooling to the body. Cumin seeds along with butter milk helps digestion. This is perfect healthy drink after heavy meals or during summer time. It helps to cool down the body and also helps to digest food.

    Ingredients
    1/2 CUP YOGURT/1/2 कप दही
    1 1/2 cup water/1 1/2 कप पानी
    1/2 TEASPOON ROASTED CUMIN SEED POWDER/1/2 चम्मच भुना हुआ जीरा पाउडर
    SALT TO TASTE/नमक स्वाद अनुसार
    Handful cilantro leaves /मुट्ठी भर धनिया पत्ते
    handful mint leaves/मुट्ठी भर पुदीना की पत्तियां

    Method

    Take yogurt, add cold water. You can also add few ice cubes. दही ले लो, दही में ठंडा पानी डालो. आप थोड़ा बर्फ डाल सकते हैं
    Add roasted cumin seed powder. भुना हुआ जीरा पाउडर डालो
    Add salt as per taste . नमक स्वादानुसार
    Add mint and coriander leaves. पुदीना और धनी के पत्ते डालना
    Blend it and serve chilled. . और ब्लेंड करके ठंडा पीना

    3 Raw Banana 3 कच्चे केले
    1 tsp Ghee or oil 1 चम्मच घी या तेल
    tsp cumin seeds १/4 छोटा चम्मच जीरा
    3-4 Curry leaves 3-4 कड़ी पत्ते
    1 tsp chopped Green chillies 1 चम्मच कटी हरी मिर्च
    2 tsp Chopped coriander leaves
    2 चम्मच कटा हुआ धनिया पत्तियां
    Salt , to taste
    नमक स्वादानुसार
    1 tsp lemon juice
    1 चम्मच नींबू का रस
