How to sprout fenugreek methi seeds
Fenugreek sprouts are healthy and can be added to soups, salads, gravy, vegetables, etc.
Soak fenugreek seeds in water for 7-8 hours.
Strain the water using strainer and muslin cloth.
Remove all the water and then cover fenugreek seeds in muslin cloth and keep it covered for 10-12 hours in a warm place.
If you want longer sprouts then sprinkle few drops of water on fenugreek seeds and keep it in a warm place for another 5-6 hours.
