    fennel has been utilized for treating indigestion, constipation, and flatulence. Fennel contains a variety of anti-oxidants, vitamins, minerals, and dietary fiber. Fennel seeds are a good source of vitamins B-3 & C, potassium, magnesium, manganese, and iron. They are used as mouth fresheners.
    Black raisins are good source of iron.
    This is cooling drink for summer which helps to cool down the body, digest food and also release constipation.

    Ingredients
    1 tbsp fennel seeds 1 बड़ा चम्मच सौंफ़
    1 tbsp rock sugar 1 बड़ा चम्मच मिश्री
    1 tbsp black raisins 1 tbsp काली किशमिश
    2 cups of water 2 कप पानी

    Method
    Soak fennel seeds, black raisins and rock sugar in water for 4-5 hours.
    Blend it and pass through the strainer.
    serve chilled.
    You can add mint leaves, cilantro leaves for extra cooling effects.
    You can also add few ice cubes, lemon soda.

    1/4 टीस्पून इलायची पाउडर
