1. NS: How did you come up with your blog name?
Nithya: While thinking of various options to call my space something struck me that “Taste” was one of the best sense that god has gifted us. Taste is something that drives us to cook interesting combinations.
Cilantro Online turned ‘4’ in Jan 2012. She is a homemaker living in Dallas, TX. Apart from cooking, her hobbies are travelling, gardening, music and photography. Cooking has always been her passion from a very young age. She started helping her mother with small chores in the kitchen from the age of 10 and later managed to cook a decent meal before her marriage. Katherine Neumann originally from Australia but have been living in many different countries since she left home at 18 years of age. She has been traveling mostly with work; her work for a humanitarian organization responding to natural disasters. After years of this work, she failed to see much sustainable improvements to the lives of people they worked with, and she began to cultivate the idea of working with vulnerable groups through a medium more sustainable - like fair trade. House of Wandering Silk is the result of this.
