one cup boiled corn&lt;br /&gt;
one cup boiled and cubed potatoes&lt;br /&gt;
one cup sev &lt;br /&gt;
one cup of scrapped carrots&lt;br /&gt;
one cup of sprouts&lt;br /&gt;
one cup of boiled peas&lt;br /&gt;
one cup chopped onions or scallions&lt;br /&gt;
one cup of pineapple [optional]&lt;br /&gt;
one cup of coconut freshly scrapped&lt;br /&gt;
one to one and half lemon made intojuice&lt;br</description>

Ingredients:&lt;br /&gt;
1/2 lt Whole Milk&lt;br /&gt;
1/4 cup Rice(Soaked for 1 hr.)&lt;br /&gt;
6-8 Saffron(Kesar) Flakes&lt;br /&gt;
8-10 Almonds(Grated)&lt;br /&gt;
8-10 Pista(grated)&lt;br /&gt;
1/2 tesp Cardomon(elaichi) pd&lt;br /&gt;
1/2 cup sugar&lt;br /&gt;
Method:&lt;br /&gt;
1.Boil the milk,add rice.Cook till rice gets cooked and milk becomes thick.Add saffron.During cooking stir it continously.&lt;br</description>

For paratha dough &lt;br /&gt;
1 Cup Golden Wheat flour&lt;br /&gt;
1/3 — 1/2  cup warm water&lt;br /&gt;
1/2 tsp Salt&lt;br /&gt;
2-3 tsp Oil&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
For Stuffing &lt;br /&gt;
Aloo Stuffing&lt;br /&gt;
For 8 Parathas&lt;br /&gt;

6 medium size kingfish steaks&lt;br /&gt;
1 ½ tsp turmeric powder&lt;br /&gt;
3 tsp chilly powder&lt;br /&gt;
2 tbsp rice flour (coarse)/Rava/Semolina&lt;br /&gt;
1 tsp salt &lt;br /&gt;
Oil for shallow fry &lt;br /&gt;
&lt;br /&gt;
&lt;b&gt;Method&lt;/b&gt;&lt;br /&gt;
Wash steaks and marinate in salt for 10 minutes. &lt;br /&gt;
Apply chilly powder, turmeric powder to the steaks and keep for another 10 minutes. &lt;br /&gt;
