    these leaves are great to slim down one has to take it a few leaves just chew them like any leaf and no other smell, early morning on an empty stomach and they are wonderful and cut down your waist like never before....sunkan

    sunkan, very useful information. I will look for this plant, There are so many home amde medicines and some are in our garden and we look for medicines and nject chemicals in our body.

    yes but know the side effects and then go ahead, this is laxative so do not take on a day u go out take in when u r at home u can tackle it well.. some get it some don't..
